Erica Hochman is a licensed Colorado real estate broker specializing in residential leasing, property management, and residential real estate throughout the Denver metro area. For the past seven years, she has built her business around being incredibly hands-on, responsive, and making real estate easier for the people she represents.

Erica works with everyone from individual homeowners and families relocating across town to executives, professional athletes, and Denver Nuggets players who need a trusted local resource to handle every detail of finding and setting up a home. Her athlete and relocation clients often come to Denver on tight timelines, which has helped Erica develop a highly personalized, concierge-style approach to real estate. But that level of service isn’t reserved for high-profile clients—it’s simply how she works.

Whether she is leasing a $2,000 apartment or a $20,000+ luxury home, managing an investment property, helping a family find their next rental, or representing someone buying or selling a home, Erica believes every client deserves the same responsiveness, attention to detail, discretion, and follow-through.

Her clients consistently describe her as proactive, accessible, resourceful, and someone who gets things done. Erica personally handles showings and stays closely involved from beginning to end. For her landlord and property management clients, that means everything from pricing strategy, marketing and tenant screening to lease execution, move-ins, maintenance coordination, renewals, and the day-to-day issues that inevitably come with owning a rental property.

Before real estate, Erica spent her career in advertising in New York, ultimately serving as Head of New Business for Wunderman, a global digital advertising agency. That experience continues to influence the way she approaches real estate today. She understands branding, marketing, negotiation, and—most importantly—how to listen to what a client actually needs and make it happen.

Originally from New Jersey, Erica now calls Denver home. She and her husband have four kids—Ella, Hadley, Evy, and Brooks—and family is a huge part of her life. Outside of real estate, she loves working out, golfing, and spending time with her family.
